A few weeks go I headed up just north of Masterton for a very special engagement shoot. Katrina and Regan live in Hawkes Bay and are planning their wedding here, but Katrina's family are from the Wairarapa and her family home holds a special place in her heart. On a recent trip down to collect their engagement ring, they decided that it would a great idea to have a few special photographs in her family garden, as they wouldn't be able to do this for their wedding photographs. Once I arrived I could see why they were so keen to have a shoot there - this garden is just stunning! Wellington Wedding Photographer A couple of weeks ago I headed over to Wellington for a wedding in the most hideous weather - luckily the wedding was being held at Wallaceville House, which had lots of lovely options for wet weather locations! Based in France, Candice and Mani had flown over with their children for the wedding and a much needed reunion with their family. The wedding was planned a short time frame to fit in with Mani's busy schedule and I was amazed at well Candice did in the time she had! This little cherub was beyond cute, she really did rock her newborn session (and for a newborn that means sleeping the whole way through!) She is pretty perfect

This is third time I have photographed this lovely family and each time, they have one extra! The first time was Amanda & Paul's wedding, then their wee son at 20 months and now with the addition of Lila at the same age we photographed Sam. This time the shoot was all about Lila! I have to say, it is always so lovely to see clients again and see how their lives have changed and grown. The guys really do have a such a special little family!
