Living on the other side of the world form my family, doesn't give me many opportunities to photograph them! My sister and her family recently paid us a visit, so it was a great chance to get some lovely family photographs for them and also to get a shot of all the cousins together!

OMG - Gabriella was such a cutie to photograph. She did so well throughout her newborn session - her little expressions were just adorable! We started off with a newborn session at the photography studio and then decided to make the most of the lovely weather and headed out for a couple of outdoor shots.
It always so lovely when couples come back to see me with their first child! I photographed Belinda & Hamish's wedding back in 2011 - its was such a beautiful day, still one to remember! Little Alice is so cute, and such a treat to photograph! She was around three months when we did her photography session, so even if you think you may missed the newborn stage you still get such special images when they are a little older!
Oh I just love babies of this age! Between 8 month and 1 year is so magical - they are just so dam cute! I am sure its natures way of making you have another - before they turn into toddlers and keep you far too busy to think about having anymore!
Last minute wedding planning - Sam & Michael Sam contacted me around two weeks before the date they were planning on having their midweek wedding. It was a last minute decision for herself and Micheal. As we were checking out the stunning lakeside location for their ceremony, she told me that they had been engaged for a while now and although they had put plans in place for a wedding before, things just kept coming up which would put pay to it all! So they decided to ditch the idea of a big wedding and opted for just a small gathering of just their closest family and friends. And the decided that the sooner the better! Brackenridge, Martinborough Wedding Photography - Andrew & Rachael Brackenridge Country Estate in Martinborough is one of my favourite venues to photograph at. Rachael and Andrew choose this lovely spot for their wedding day celebrations back in December. As part of Rachael's work she plans events and it showed in the attention to detail throughout the wedding! Because of Rachael's meticulous planning the whole day went without a hitch - the only person who didn't get the memo was the Wairarapa weather gods and we were blessed with the wind! The Landing, Masterton Wedding - Olivia & Rhys The Landing in Masterton is one of favourite wedding venues in the Wairarapa. I love that you don't have to go anywhere off site for photographs. Brackenridge Wedding Martinborough - Ali and Andrew Ali and Andrew were married in at the lovely Brackenridge Country Estate in Martinborough. I love working at Brackenridge - it is such a beautiful rustic location, and there are so many opportunities for photographs. So many, that Ali and Andrew decided make the most of it and have all their picture taken onsite. These guys were just so lovely! The day was all about family and hanging out with the people who are important to them. Ali opted to do away with tradition and have her two brothers as bridesmen.
