Amanda wanted some special images with her two boys seeing as this is her last pregnancy.  For Amanda and her boys this was a chance to celebrate to impending arrival of a new baby brother, and for Amanda a chance to have some stunning pregnancy photographs - something she hadn't done with her previous pregnancies. Litttle Cherub sessions – say hello to Miss Skyla!

I must to say babies between the ages of 6 and 10 months have to be the cutest wee things! When my first wee boy got to this age both me and hubby decided that he was just so yummy we would have to have another! Second time round were a bit wiser to natures trick to make you have more and more bubbas! I love their little cubby legs, gorgeous gummy smiles - with maybe a tooth or two poking through, and the way they are really starting to interact and show their wee characters! I have just put together a new package aimed at babies of these age for parents who are wanting a quick update of their bubs without a full photography session. Tarureka Estate Wedding - Wairarapa photographer Tarureka Estate in the little Wairarapa town in Featherston has to be one of my favourite venues! Apart from being just a few a short distance form my home and it also just absolutely stunning inside and out. And the best bit is that if it rains, there are so many amazing spots for photographs. This makes it a perfect winter wedding venue! (IMHO!) Lauren & Hamish picked a stunning winters day to tie the knot at Tarureka, and also we had lots of wet weather options available the light was just glorious! Wairarapa Engagement Session – Katrina & Regan (& Riley!)

A few weeks go I headed up just north of Masterton for a very special engagement shoot. Katrina and Regan live in Hawkes Bay and are planning their wedding here, but Katrina's family are from the Wairarapa and her family home holds a special place in her heart. On a recent trip down to collect their engagement ring, they decided that it would a great idea to have a few special photographs in her family garden, as they wouldn't be able to do this for their wedding photographs. Once I arrived I could see why they were so keen to have a shoot there - this garden is just stunning! There are so many little nooks and crannies to explore.....I really could have photographed there all day! Wellington Wedding Photographer – Candice & Hemani

Wellington Wedding Photographer A couple of weeks ago I headed over to Wellington for a wedding in the most hideous weather - luckily the wedding was being held at Wallaceville House, which had lots of lovely options for wet weather locations! Based in France, Candice and Mani had flown over with their children for the wedding and a much needed reunion with their family. The wedding was planned a short time frame to fit in with Mani's busy schedule and I was amazed at well Candice did in the time she had!  Sometimes I think it can be better to not have to time to agonise over every detail!
