Luna Estate Blue Rock Wedding – Katrina & Sam

Autumn is a magical time of year, and it was no exception on Sam and Katrina’s wedding day at Luna Estate, Blue Rock Vineyard. The stunning vineyard provided a picturesque backdrop for their special day, as family and friends gathered to celebrate their love.

Katrina spoke about how excited she was for this day, as it was all about them as a family. She expressed her hope that the day would be fun with a happy and relaxed atmosphere.

Sam and Katrina first met at a party of a mutual friend when Katrina was 17 and Sam was 19. They have been together ever since and have not spent longer than two weeks apart. Despite the distance between them, with Sam visiting Katrina weekly in Wellington while she was at dance school, they knew they were meant to be together.

Their engagement was a long time coming, as they have been together for 12 years and engaged for almost 7. Sam proposed simply at home after a big day with family celebrating the life of Katrina’s grandad. But before he popped the question, he asked her entire family for permission. It was a special moment, and Katrina was two weeks away from having their first child.

On their wedding day, the love and joy between Sam and Katrina was undeniable. The autumnal colours of the vineyard, combined with the beautiful floral arrangements, made for a stunning backdrop.

The ceremony was heartfelt and intimate, with personal vows exchanged between the couple. The reception was equally memorable, with delicious food and drinks served, and guests dancing the night away. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and love, as everyone came together to celebrate the union of Sam and Katrina.

As the night drew to a close, it was clear that Sam and Katrina’s wedding day at Luna Estate, Blue Rock Vineyard was a day to remember. Their love story was beautifully celebrated, and the fun and loving vibes Katrina hoped for were captured perfectly in the photos. It was a day that will be cherished by all who were lucky enough to be a part of it.
