Martinborough Wedding - Mallory & Anton Autumn weddings - I reckon its one the best times for a wedding! In terms of photography, you get the best of everything. Daytime shots, sunset images, and its not too late to get some night images too! Plus its not so hot and the light is softer. What's not to love? And what's not to love about this stylish wedding. These guys loved my milkyway images, so trying to get a shot was high on their priority list. Even after letting them know that the only time we could do it was from 7.15-8.15pm - right in the middle of the reception! (just due to milkway visibility and moonrise). Anna & Tom were married at Brackenridge Country Estate on a beautiful January afternoon. Originally this wedding was booked in for May, but just a few months ago Anna called me to let me know they needed to move their wedding forward as she had been given a unique opportunity with work to spend some time in Japan. So we quickly got it all sorted and luckily all the other vendors could move dates, and it was all systems go. With Tom being from Canada, it did mean it was short notice for a lot of guests, but his mum made the trip over , which was so special for them. Queensberry Wedding Albums - Tina & David I always feel that a wedding isn't really finished until the album is complete. Its that time of year again when I am busy finishing up all the albums from over summer, and for me this is the best bit. Seeing all the images form the day put together to tell the story of your day as it unfolds. I always so to couples that although this is your album it not just for you. Its also for your children, your children's children. A way to sit together and look over the memories from the day when this little branch of your family starting. Tina & David had their two children in the wedding party and the day really was all about family. One of the really special touches was having a magician at the recepetion - David's grandfather was a magician so this was a lovely nod to him. Its all onsite, you don't need to go anywhere and its perfect if you want to relaxed chilled out day. And that is exactly what Rachel and Geoff's wedding day was like. Brackenridge Wedding Martinborough - Ali and Andrew Ali and Andrew were married in at the lovely Brackenridge Country Estate in Martinborough. I love working at Brackenridge - it is such a beautiful rustic location, and there are so many opportunities for photographs. So many, that Ali and Andrew decided make the most of it and have all their picture taken onsite. These guys were just so lovely! The day was all about family and hanging out with the people who are important to them. Ali opted to do away with tradition and have her two brothers as bridesmen.
