Tarureka Estate Wedding – Andrea & James

Andrea and James – what an absolute pleasure it was to photograph your day, and to get your know your fabulous family!

The plan for the wedding was to focus on family and friends. Being a second wedding for both of them, and after the year that was 2020 they just wanted a casual, relaxed time that people could enjoy, and guests to be a part of celebrating their love for each other. Their children and grandchild are most important to them – along with their wonderful friends. It was extra special to see the entire bridal party made up of their adult children.

Andrea says – “We knew from very early on in our relationship that we had met the person that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives with. James proposed to Andrea in the Wairarapa at a Glamping site about 20 minutes out of Martinborough when we were spending a weekend away just before Christmas 2019. We had been looking at venues and rings, so wasn’t a total surprise, but a very romantic setting to seal the it!”
