Susan and Daniel were married at the Martinborough Hotel. Their wedding was beautiful and it was a privilege to be part of their special day.

Susan and Daniel have been together for a long tine, I think it is about 10 years. Working with them on the day and listening to the speeches – what really stuck was me was how in love they still are. More so than ever before.

I always think that a testament to a strong relationship is how things are 10, 20 years down the track. I know myself that 12 years and two children later, its not always plain sailing. With patience, commitment, understanding and allowing each other to grow it is amazing how love can grow into something so much more special than what you thought it could be. Weddings like Susan and Daniels always bring this home to me and more often than not I am hiding behind my camera with a tear in my eye! As photographers we really are so lucky and privileged to have such an amazing job – the task of preserving these special moments for future generations
