Wairarapa Wedding Photographer – Jackie & Con’s wedding at Poppies, Martinborough

What an absolutely stunning day this turned out to be!

Up until about three weeks prior to the date we had no idea if the wedding was going ahead or not. Con had had an accident a few months prior and when Jackie let all the vendors know they were not sure if he would be recovered enough in time for the big day. We were are very relaxed about it and happy to go ahead at a moments notice or postpone if needed.

Jackie and Con decided to go ahead and they really couldn’t have picked a better day for it! It was one of those typical Martinborough summers days, beautiful warm sunshine all day! Jackie got ready surrounded by family – everyone pitching in to help make the day run smoothly. Jackie looked incredible but not be outshine was their gorgeous wee son! Oh my goodness he was just so adorable!

The ceremony and reception was an intimate affair with just a few close friends and family. It was all very beautiful, romantic and simple. My favorite type of wedding!
